Coimbatore: Ex-MP K C Palanisamy who was expelled from the AIADMK earlier has been re-inducted into the party.
Coimbatore: Ex-MP K C Palanisamy who was expelled from the AIADMK earlier has been re-inducted into the party.
Earlier, K C Palanisamy was jointly removed from the party by the TN Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy and Deputy CM Panneerselvam for speaking against party’s stance regarding the constitution of the Cauvery Management Board in a TV program. Following the expulsion, K C Palanisamy constantly criticized the ruling AIADMK party. He had also filed a plea with the Election Commission against the appointment of Sasikala as General Secretary of AIADMK and also filed a petition at the Delhi High Court. He had earlier stated that he will contest in the elections for the AIADMK General Secretary post.

Even as the Lok Sabha elections approach closer, it has been announced today that K C Palanisamy has been re-inducted into the AIADMK, in the presence of the Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy and Deputy Chief Minister Panneerselvam.
