Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the DMK and AIADMK, two prominent political parties in Tamil Nadu are involved in talks with other parties to forge poll alliances. Meanwhile, Viduthalai Siruthaigal Katchi has sealed an alliance with the DMK for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Confirming the alliance, VCK Chief, Thol Thirumavalavan said that his party has been assured two seats to contest in the polls.
"The place from where we will contest and the symbol are yet to be finalised. However, VCK is ready to contest in any symbol for the welfare of the alliance," reiterated Thirumavalavan.
