The President will be in the city to attend on March 4-5 to attend a defence event at Sulur Air Force and take part at the Mahashivarathiri celebrations at Isha Yoga on Monday.
Security has been tightened in the city and outskirts following his visit. Around 5000 police have been deployed across the city for security purposes.
