Coimbatore : The CPM State Secretary, K Balakrishnan who spoke at the 'Arasiyal Eluchi Manadu’ held in Coimbatore yesterday, was of the opinion that there was no chance for 'Lotus' to bloom in Tamil Nadu under the leadership of H Raja and Tamilisai Soundarajan.

Speaking at the event, K Balakrishnan lashed out at the Central government saying, "The incidents which are happening now makes me doubt whether elections will be held. Without even thinking of who will take responsibility for the martyred 44 CRPF soldiers, we are celebrating the retaliation by exchanging sweets. The death of the 44 CRPF men could be averted if BJP had taken prior precautions.

The Modi government is not only against minorities but also against Hindus and the whole of India. When they come forward to provide Rs.2000, a question will arise on why they did not hand over Rs.15 lakhs? Modi is the one who is the reason for the present worst condition of the country."

"If anyone comes forward to buy Tamil Nadu, CM Edappadi will sell the party to them. Elections are to be held for all 21 constituencies. Just recall what Anbumani said will happen if he comes to power. Even if given a chance to sign now, he will only sign to open a ‘Pakkoda’ shop or mango pickle shop near TASMAC," said K Balakrishnan.

"The Chief Minister has given 'halwa' to everyone for the upcoming Parliamentary elections. Edappadi is thinking about winning at least a few seats among the 21 constituencies. He has forgotten that the State government will topple for sure, once the verdict for the '11 persons case' is passed. We also cannot bear someone like Amit Shah who lies," opined the CPM State Secretary.
