Tirupur: Animal Husbandry Minister, Udumalai K Radhakrishnan has announced that multi-specialty veterinary hospitals which are presently in 6 Corporations would be extended to 12 Corporations, shortly.

The Minister inaugurated the upgraded multi-speciality veterinary hospital in Tirupur on Tuesday. After the event, he addressed the media and said, "Multi-speciality veterinary hospital which is located in 6 corporations will be extended to 12 corporations including Tirupur. Four doctors will be working on a shift basis. Ultra scanner and digital scanner facilities will be added to the hospital".

"The newly opened town planning office in Tirupur will help people save time, as previously they had to visit Coimbatore or Salem to get approval for buildings", he noted.

MP Sathyabama, District Collector and MLAs participated in the event.
