Tirupur : The School Education Minister, Sengottaiyan has said that Stalin is only fit to be ‘Thalapathi’ but not to take charge of the State of Tamil Nadu.
After distributing welfare schemes to 7100 beneficiaries in Tirupur in honour of remembering the former late Chief Minister Jayalalitha on her birthday, Sengottaiyan said, "Stalin's statement that measures will be taken to expand the harbour in Tirupur as the city comprises of exporters, leaves me in surprise. With the sea located at a 400 km distance from Tirupur, his statement proves that he is only fit to be ‘Thalapathi’ and not for leading the nation." He added that AIADMK would win in all 40 constituencies.
Animal Husbandry Minister, Udumalai Radhakrishnan and other MLAs took part in the event.
