The minister who was accompanied by Minister for Urban Administration and Rural Development S.P. Velumani was given a rousing reception at the entrance as party cadre lit crackers. Then another part cadre started beating a drum creating even more noise.
He was later stopped by the ministers who later realised that it was a hospital premises.
Even as there is a norm to not make noise within hospital premises, the welcome party for both the ministers has not gone well with general public.
This is the second time such celebrations are done at CMCM both in the presence of Minister, S.P. Velumani.
