"No eligible voter in the district should be left out in the upcoming parliamentary elections, hence eligible voters are advised to take part in the enrollment drive and include their names to the voting list", said J. Innocent Divya, the District Collector.
She added that "Apart from new voters, existing voters can amend their address and names by filling form 6-I which will be available at all pooling booths on February 23 and 24".
The Collector also noted that "Two polling officers for each booth has been nominated to guide the people on the process. People can also dial toll free number '1950' and check for their names in the voters list. Also,they can logon to www.nsvp.in and check details".
