The 4th State Level Football Tournament for the Mounasamy Memorial Trophy began today at the Podanur Railway Grounds. The event is organised by Aruldas academy.
Teams from Coimbatore and Other Districts are participating in the 3-day tournament. The Winners will be awarded a cash prize of Rs15000 and a trophy and Rs. 10,000, 4,000 and 2,000 for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd runner ups. The best player of the tournament, best defender, and best goalkeeper will also be awarded with special cash prizes, as well.
