The traders under the Confederation of Trader Associations also raised slogans condemning the attack. The Coimbatore Regional Head of the Association, Sulur Chandra Sekaran led the protest in front of the South Taluk office here.
Functionaries of the Association, Irudhayaraj, Vahab, Ganesan and Soudar Raj also participated in the protest. Members of the Association from various parts of the city paid a candlelight homage to the martyred soldiers, after which they raised slogans condemning the terrorist attack.
