Striking captions like 'Why punish Chinnathambi for our mistakes'?, 'Allow him to live peacefully in his forestland?' were printed in the flex banner. However, the banner doesn't mention the name of the organisation or any people who have installed it. As no prior permission has been sought, the anonymous banner has instigated the police to find the whereabouts of the person/entity who installed it.
