Tirupur : With Prime Minister Modi's imminent BJP campaign to begin on February 10 at Perumanallur in Tirupur, the BJP State President Tamilisai Soundarajan and BJP National General Secretary P Muralidhar Rao inspected the Vajpayee Thidal at Perumanallur where the meeting is to be held. Following this, both participated in the meeting held at Perumanallur with the BJP functionaries.

Later, addressing the media, Tamilisai Soundarajan said, "The BJP campaign scheduled on February 10 in Tirupur will take place in a grand manner. The welfare schemes distribution function will also take place, along with the general meeting, as held in Madurai."

Tamilisai Soundarajan targeted DMK Chief Stalin, questioning how Stalin could speak on secularism and yet pass derogatory comments on Hindu marriage rituals. "People who question this are labelled as ‘saffron' but in reality, BJP is the only party that gives voice to secularism. Rahul Gandhi suddenly is thinking of the poor which they did not for the past 50 years.
BJP will fulfill all its promises," reiterated the BJP State President. She refused to respond to S Ve Sekhar's accusation of not having invited him to the BJP Head Office ‘Kamalalayam.'
