Ravi decided to sponsor an airplane trip for 120 elderly folk in his area whose age ranged from 65 to 100. With support from friends, Ravi took the elders from the village to the Coimbatore airport last evening from where they boarded a flight to Chennai.
A visit to major tourist spots in Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Velur and Tiruvannamalai is scheduled today for the elderly after which they will return home.
