Nilgiris : The Ooty court has adjourned the verdict on plea to cancel bail of V K Sayan and Valayar Manoj to February 8.

The public prosecutor Bala Nandakumar had filed a plea at the Ooty court on January 18 seeking cancellation of bail for Sayan and Valayar Manoj for alleging that the Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy had connections in the Kodanad case, while addressing the media in Delhi.
During the hearing of the case on January 29, Judge Vadamalai adjourned the case to February 2. During the hearing of the case today, advocate Natarajan appeared as the public prosecutor while advocate Prabakar appeared on behalf of Sayan and Valayar Manoj.
After hearing arguments from both sides, Judge Vadamalai adjourned the case saying that the verdict will be delivered on February 8. He also ordered for both Sayan and Valayar Manoj to appear before the court on February 8.
