Nilgiris : The closing ceremony of the Humanity Week Festival was held at the District Collectorate in Nilgiris.
The week-long festival was conducted by the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, commencing on January 24 at Breeks School in Ooty. An exhibition was also held as part of the festival in which there were various stalls by the Forest Department, Adi Dravidar and the Tribal Welfare Association.
Cultural events were also conducted as part of the festival. The District Revenue Officer and MP handed over trophies to the winners of various competitions, on the the final day of the week-long festival.
