Tirupur: "The upcoming 16th Tirupur book festival to be held in Tirupur will host around 144 stalls", noted the Organisers.
Addressing the media, the organisers said, "The 16th Tirupur book festival will happen for 10 days between January 31 and February 10 for which the arrangements are taking place at rapid pace. Animal Husbandry Minister Udumalai K. Radhakrishnan will inaugurate the book festival. Books of various genres will be available for sale at the 144 stalls during the expo".
"Books will be provided at subsidised rates to the students. During the 10-day event, arts and science classes will be conducted for students during morning session. Compared to last year, we expect more footfalls this year. The festival will be inaugurate with 100 parai isai’ they noted.
