Man injured by wild elephant in Narasipuram

Coimbatore : In a fourth incident of elephant attack in two days, a man who was riding his two wheeler near Narasipuram was attacked by a wild elephant around early morning here today.

Coimbatore : In a fourth incident of elephant attack in two days, a man who was riding his two wheeler near Narasipuram was attacked by a wild elephant around early morning here today.

The victim identified as Dheepan and was returning home on his bike when the incident happened. The animal that was straying outside the reserve pushed him and he sustained severe injuries on his body.

He was immediately rushed to Ganga hospital and treatment was on.

It maybe noted that two men were injured by wild elephants and a another man was killed in an elephant attack in Coimbatore yesterday.
