Coimbatore : IAS officers across the nation underwent a four-day Inner Engineering Leadership Program at Isha from January 21-25. These officers opted for Inner Engineering, for their compulsory in-service training for 2019-20. The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has included Inner Engineering in the official list of training which can be opted as a part of "Officers’ In-service training." About 44 officers participated in this program.
Otem Dai, Additional Secretary from Tamil Nadu, Sanjeev Ranjan, Chairman NHAI, Alok Mohan, Additional DGP, Karnataka and Brij Kumar Agarwal, Chief Secretary, Shimla were among the officers who underwent the program. At the four-day Inner Engineering Leadership Program, participants were initiated into the Shambhavi Maha Mudra Kriya and went through several leadership training aspects.
