Addressing the media at Kodanad, Traffic Ramasamy condemned the construction of the helipad near the Kodanad bungalow questioning, "How can public money be utilised to construct in a private area?" He vowed to bring to light those behind the five murders. Commenting on the elections, he said, "Chances are there to conduct state elections and parliamentary elections at the same time."
