Coimbatore Diocese Archbishop Thomas Agvinos, CSI Coimbatore Diocese Archbishop Thimothi Ravinder, West Zone IG Periaiah, Kumaragurupara Swamigal from Kaumara Madalayam, Abdul Hakkim, Public Relations Secretary of Athe Islamic Hind, Gurudwara Singh Sabha representative Iqbal Singh and various other entrepreneurs and social activists took part in the event.
Welcoming this gesture, Abdul Hakkim, District Secretary of Jamaat Islami Hind said "This practice should be extended to other religious festivals as well".
