Coimbatore: A poster removal drive was undertaken this morning on Peelameedu-Avinashi main road in Singanalur constituency, Ward 27, under Coimbatore Corporation North Zone. The work was carried out on the orders of Corporation Commissioner Katta Ravi Teja, IAS.
Ward Councillor Ambika Dhanapaal personally visited the site and inspected the ongoing work. She instructed Ward Supervisor Easwari to ensure that all cleaned posters are immediately disposed of without causing any inconvenience to the public and vehicle users.
Similarly, drainage and roadside vegetation cleaning work is being carried out in the Peelameedu Srinagar Nagar area under Ward 27, Coimbatore Corporation North Zone, Singanalur Assembly constituency.
