Peelameedu Councillor Inspects Water Pipe Repair and Sanitation Works

Ward 27 Councillor Ambika Dhanapal personally visited Peelameedu area in Coimbatore Corporation's North Zone to inspect Suez water pipe repair work and cleaning operations at various locations, providing necessary guidance to officials for efficient completion of civic works.


Coimbatore: Ward 27 Councillor Ambika Dhanapal of Singanalur Assembly constituency conducted an extensive inspection of various public works and sanitation activities in the Peelameedu area under Coimbatore Corporation's North Zone today, providing detailed guidance to concerned officials.



A broken Suez drinking water pipeline in the Giri Amman Kovil Street area of Peelameedu had been causing water wastage. Repair work was undertaken today to address this issue. Councillor Ambika Dhanapal personally visited the site to oversee the ongoing work. She instructed the Suez supervisor to lay a concrete platform after completing the repair work and to expedite the work without causing inconvenience to the public.



Mass cleaning operations were conducted today in front of the post office on Peelameedu Avarampalaiyam Main Road. Councillor Ambika Dhanapal personally inspected the work and emphasized to sanitation workers the importance of thoroughly cleaning all roadside garbage and debris. Ward Supervisor Easwari accompanied the councillor during the inspection.



Councillor Ambika Dhanapal visited the BRP Garden area in Peelameedu today to verify whether the daily garbage collection auto was operating regularly. She instructed sanitation workers to ensure complete cleaning of all roadside garbage.



Sanitation work to clean roadside garbage was also undertaken in the Surya Garden area of Peelameedu today. Councillor Ambika Dhanapal personally visited and inspected the work, emphasizing to sanitation workers the need to properly clean all roadside garbage on a daily basis.

It is noteworthy that Councillor Ambika Dhanapal continues to work diligently in the field to resolve various issues faced by residents of Ward 27 Peelameedu area.
