Heavy Rainfall in Coimbatore's Kavundampalayam and Thudiyalur Areas

Sudden heavy rainfall in Kavundampalayam and surrounding areas of Coimbatore on October 11 causes inconvenience to commuters. Thudiyalur experiences intermittent drizzles throughout the day, affecting vehicle movement.

Coimbatore: Heavy rainfall lashed Kavundampalayam, Idayarpalayam, and surrounding areas in Coimbatore on Friday (October 11), catching many residents off guard. The day began with dark clouds and cool breezes, setting the stage for the unexpected downpour.

The sudden heavy rain caused significant difficulties for two-wheeler riders in particular. Many motorists were forced to seek shelter, parking their vehicles at various spots along the roads, waiting for the rain to subside.

Meanwhile, the Thudiyalur area and its surroundings experienced intermittent drizzles throughout the day. The sky remained overcast from the morning, with light showers occurring periodically during the morning and afternoon hours.

The continuous drizzle in Thudiyalur has been causing inconvenience to vehicle drivers. Many motorists have been stopping along the roadsides, waiting for breaks in the rainfall before continuing their journeys.

The unexpected weather conditions have significantly impacted daily commutes and outdoor activities in these parts of Coimbatore. Residents and commuters are advised to take necessary precautions and plan their travel accordingly.
