DMK Cadres Celebrate Senthil Balaji's Bail in Coimbatore

DMK members in Coimbatore celebrated former minister Senthil Balaji's bail on September 26. Celebrations occurred at the Poo Market and Ward 27, with fireworks and sweets distribution.


Coimbatore: Following the court's decision to grant bail to former minister Senthil Balaji, DMK cadres in Coimbatore erupted in celebrations on September 26. The festivities took place at two locations in the city - the Poo Market area and Ward 27.



At the Poo Market, DMK members, led by Central Executive Committee member Airport Rajendran, burst firecrackers and distributed sweets to mark the occasion. The event saw participation from various party functionaries including Labour Wing Deputy Secretary Tamilselvan, Bonus Babu, Engineer Ayyasamy, Aalandurai Rajendran, Raghunath, Students' Wing Prashana, Arun, Jegan, and Nihal among others.



In Ward 27, DMK senior pioneers joined Ward 27 Councillor Ambika Dhanapal in celebrating outside the Ward Committee office. They too burst firecrackers and distributed sweets to the public. The event was attended by DMK executives and party volunteers.

The celebrations in Coimbatore reflect the significance of Senthil Balaji's release on bail for the DMK party members. The former minister's legal situation has been a matter of interest for the party, and his bail has evidently boosted the morale of DMK cadres in the region.
