In a separate visit, Commissioner Prabakaran inspected the newly constructed additional classrooms at the Municipal Middle School on Vincent Road in Kottaimedu, falling under Ward 82 of the Central Zone. The project, completed at a cost of Rs. 70 lakhs under the Corporation's General Fund and Education Fund scheme, added four new classrooms to the existing school building.

The Commissioner carefully examined the quality of construction and overall infrastructure of the new classrooms. He was joined by Works Committee Chairperson Mrs. Shanthi Murugan, Assistant Commissioner Mr. Senthilkumaran, Executive Engineer Mr. Karuppasamy, Zonal Health Officer Mr. Gunasekaran, and Assistant Engineer Mr. Sathishkumar, along with other municipal officials.
