He added, "Within two months, 4.5 lakh users have joined BSNL services, and 2 lakh users have switched from other telecom providers to BSNL. The demand for BSNL services has significantly increased recently."

Regarding BSNL's Fiber to Home connections, Sankar reported that 5 lakh connections have been provided in Tamil Nadu so far, with 45,000 active connections in Coimbatore and Nilgiris regions. He announced plans to double the number of Fiber to Home connections within the next year. The Chief General Manager emphasized that all equipment for BSNL 4G services is sourced only from Indian manufacturers, including TCS.
