Sulur Ex-Air Force Veterans Association Donates ₹75,000 for Wayanad Flood Relief

Sulur Ex-Air Force Veterans Association presents ₹75,000 to Wayanad Air Force Veterans Association for natural disaster relief efforts in Wayanad. The donation ceremony took place with officials from both associations present.


Coimbatore: The Sulur Ex-Air Force Veterans Association has donated ₹75,000 to the Wayanad Air Force Veterans Association as part of the relief fund for natural disasters in Wayanad. The donation was officially handed over in a ceremony attended by representatives from both associations.

Abdul Hakeem, President of the Sulur Ex-Air Force Veterans Association, led the delegation from Sulur. He was accompanied by S. Ramesh Kumar, General Secretary, and Thenapan, Treasurer of the association. Other executive members present included S. Subramaniam and Dhanuskodi.

Representing the Wayanad Air Force Veterans Association were officials Lazar, Krishnan Kutty, and Abdul Haseez. They received the donation on behalf of their organization, which will be used for relief efforts in the flood-affected areas of Wayanad.

This gesture of solidarity from the Sulur Ex-Air Force Veterans Association demonstrates the strong bonds within the Air Force community and their commitment to supporting each other during times of crisis. The funds are expected to contribute significantly to the ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts in Wayanad, which has been severely impacted by recent natural calamities.
