Hindu Makkal Katchi Organizes Koozh Distribution Event on Last Friday of Aadi Month

Coimbatore: The Hindu Makkal Katchi organized a special event to distribute koozh (porridge) to devotees on the last Friday of the Tamil month of Aadi. The event took place at the Uppilipalayam Thandu Mariamman Temple in Coimbatore.

More than 300 devotees participated in the event, which is considered auspicious during the month of Aadi. The distribution of koozh, a traditional porridge made from millets or rice, is a common practice during this time as it is believed to bring blessings and good fortune.



The Hindu Makkal Katchi, a political party known for its pro-Hindu stance, organized this event as part of their commitment to preserving and promoting Hindu traditions.
