Coimbatore: The Coimbatore Lakes Protection Association has issued a call for volunteers to participate in a cleanup and maintenance field work at the Vellalore Lake bund and dense forest areas. The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 28, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

The association extended this invitation to volunteers from Coimbatore on Wednesday, July 26, emphasizing the importance of community participation in preserving local water bodies and surrounding areas.
