Coimbatore: Members of the Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK) staged a protest in Tatabad, Coimbatore on Saturday (July 22) against the recent hike in electricity tariffs. The demonstration saw active participation from various district-level party leaders and supporters.

The protest was led by key AMMK functionaries including District Secretary Appadurai, South District Secretary Sukumar, and North District Secretary Bhaskar. They were joined by numerous party executives and volunteers who voiced their opposition to the increased electricity charges.
