BJP Conducts Street Campaign in Coimbatore's Velandipalayam Area

BJP's Coimbatore unit conducted a street campaign in Velandipalayam on July 19, thanking voters and highlighting state executive committee resolutions focused on Tamil Nadu's welfare.



Coimbatore: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) conducted a street campaign in the Velandipalayam area of Coimbatore on July 19, as per the instructions of Coimbatore District BJP President J. Ramesh Kumar. The campaign aimed to thank voters for their support in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and to highlight the resolutions passed by the BJP State Executive Committee for Tamil Nadu's welfare.



The event saw participation from various BJP leaders and functionaries. Karthik, the Mandal President, and Kalaivani, the Deputy President of Coimbatore Urban District, were present at the campaign. They were joined by Gunasekaran, the District President of the Trade Wing, and Kannan Devaraj, the in-charge of Coimbatore North Assembly Constituency.



Other notable attendees included Vijayakumar, the Velandipalayam Mandal Prabhari, Muralidharan, the State Secretary of the Campaign Division, and Venugopal, the District President of the Campaign Division. The campaign also saw participation from district and mandal administrators under the Velandipalayam zone, along with members of the general public.

The street campaign served as a platform for the BJP to connect with the local community, express gratitude for their electoral support, and communicate the party's vision and plans for the development of Tamil Nadu. It highlighted the BJP's efforts to strengthen its grassroots presence in Coimbatore and engage directly with voters in the aftermath of the recent Lok Sabha elections.
