Call for Field Work to Maintain Tree Saplings in Pillayarpuram, Coimbatore

Coimbatore: The Kovai Kulangal Padhukappu Amaippu has issued a call for volunteers to participate in a field work session aimed at maintaining 5000 tree saplings planted in Pillayarpuram, which falls under the Madukkarai forest range in Coimbatore.

The field work is scheduled to take place on July 7, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. This initiative is part of the association's ongoing efforts to protect and enhance the green cover in the region.

Volunteers from Coimbatore are invited to join this environmental conservation effort. The Kovai Kulangal Padhukappu Amaippu hopes that this initiative will not only help in the survival and growth of the planted saplings but also raise awareness about the importance of green spaces in urban areas.
