Coimbatore: The 7th annual commemorative ceremony for former 56th Ward secretary, Selvaraj, took place in Peelamedu Pudur on July 3. The event was attended by notable DMK members including Na. Karthik, former MLA, who paid floral tributes to Selvaraj’s portrait.
Additionally, Coimbatore Municipality East Zone leader Ilangchelvi Karthik also participated and offered her respects.
The ceremony saw the presence of various local administrators and DMK party members. Among those in attendance were Steering Committee member V. Balasubramanian, General Body member Ir. Manikandan, Area-1 Secretary Durai Senthil Selvan, Health Committee leader Pe. Mariselvan, and several others contributing to the event's solemn atmosphere.
