A male peacock was caught on CCTV dancing in a residential yard near Vedapatti in Coimbatore, showcasing its plumage during the ongoing rains, delighting viewers online.


Coimbatore: For the past week, Coimbatore has been experiencing consistent rainfall, leading to cooler and pleasant conditions. Amidst these rains, a heartwarming scene was captured in the residential area near Vedapatti, where a peacock appeared and performed an enchanting dance.



The CCTV cameras installed at a local residence managed to capture this beautiful moment of a male peacock spreading its feathers and dancing. It is often said that male peacocks tend to display and dance when it rains. On this occasion, the peacock’s dance seemed to be a natural celebration of the monsoon, reminiscent of songs praising such beautiful scenes.
