Call for Volunteers for Pond Conservation Work in Pillayarpuram, Coimbatore

Kovai Kulangal Padhukappu Amaippu invites volunteers for maintenance work of 5000 saplings at Pillayarpuram on June 30, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.


Coimbatore: In an ongoing effort to enhance green cover, the Kovai Kulangal Padhukappu Amaippu has scheduled a maintenance session for the third phase of its plantation project. This event is set to take place in Pillayarpuram, a locale under the jurisdiction of Madukkarai Forest Range, on June 30, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Up to 5000 saplings planted in earlier phases will be tended to during this session.

Local volunteers from Coimbatore are warmly invited to participate and aid in this eco-friendly initiative. This pursuit not only aims at ecological preservation but also at fostering community involvement in environmental conservation.
