Coimbatore: In a notable move to bolster environmental consciousness, the Government Arts and Science College, Pollachi, in collaboration with TN GREEN CREATORS, hosted a massive tree planting event within their campus. This event saw the planting of 600 tree saplings by the college's NSS students and faculty members.

The event was graced by several dignitaries, including Catherine Saranya, the Pollachi Sub-Collector, Jayachandran, the Deputy Superintendent of Police in Pollachi, and various social activists like Senthilkumar, Arima.Sriman Sundaram, Loin.Nedumaran, Loin.Thiyagarajan, Venkatesh, S.Babu, and members of the Tamil Nadu Police Force and TN CREATOR, such as Lokeshram, Nirmal, Ashwin, and Sukumar.
