Tamil Nadu Agricultural University has extended the undergraduate admissions interview schedule to June 26 due to requests from students and parents. The interviews are specifically for the 7.5 Percent reservation for government school students.

Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University has officially announced the extension of the admissions interview period for the 2024-25 academic year’s integrated undergraduate programs. Initially set to conclude on June 25, the university has decided to extend the interviews until the evening of June 26. This extension was made to accommodate the requests from both parents and students.

The interviews primarily focus on the 7.5% reservation quota for students from government schools. During this period, applicants have the ability to make changes to their preferred courses and colleges. These adjustments must be finalized and submitted by the students within the extension period. If no changes are made, the initially selected courses and colleges during the application will be considered for the reservation quota.

The university also noted that the fees paid for these interviews would be refundable, and applications from students who do not secure a spot through the reservation quota will be considered under the general admissions quota.
