TNAU to Host Spice Powders and Pickles Production Training in Coimbatore

TNAU announces a two-day training on producing spice powders and pickles on June 25 and 26, 2024, from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm at the campus in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.


Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in Coimbatore has announced an upcoming training workshop focused on the production of spice powders and pickles. Scheduled for June 25 and 26, 2024, the sessions will run from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm each day. Participants will learn to make various types of spice mixes, ready-to-use pastes, and pickles including mushroom, banana flower, bitter gourd, eggplant, and onion pickles.

The training is designed to provide comprehensive hands-on experience in preparing these culinary products. The registration fee is set at INR 1,770 (INR 1,500 plus 18% GST), payable on the first day of the training.
