The young students were welcomed with drum beats as they started their first school day, followed by the distribution of sweets within the school premises. Additionally, banners emphasizing the importance of tree plantation were carried by senior students to spread awareness.
In a delightful sight, children dressed in Mickey Mouse costumes were engaged in playful activities, and some even wore fun masks. As the classes commenced, children who initially cried were comforted and settled down by the school's teaching assistants.
