The Tamil Nadu Congress Committee, under Ibrahim, organized special events in Udumalai, celebrating Rahul Gandhi's birthday with donations and special prayers, amidst claims of BJP's impending fall in the upcoming Speaker election.
Coimbatore: During a recent assembly in Udumalai, Tamil Nadu Congress Committee's State Media and Information Technology Coordinator, Ibrahim, predicted the end of BJP's rule on the upcoming 24th.

The statement was made amidst celebrations marking Rahul Gandhi's birthday which were held at the Vinayagar Temple and an orphanage, where food was distributed among the needy.

Ibrahim highlighted Congress' long-standing dedication to the welfare of Indian citizens and Rahul Gandhi's efforts to restore the constitution, attributing the BJP government's lack of majority to these efforts. He emphasized that this would become evident during the upcoming Speaker election on the 24th.
Further asserting the wide displeasure against BJP in places like Uttar Pradesh and the significant electoral losses in Ayodhya, Ibrahim declared, "The age of using religion for politics is over for BJP," predicting a robust victory for DMK and Rahul Gandhi in the 2026 Tamil Nadu assembly elections. He also denounced the divisive tactics allegedly employed by the BJP to disrupt state parties.
The event also saw participation from local councilor Janardhanan, city leader Ko Ravi, district deputy leader Muthukumar, minority section deputy leader Joshua, regional leader Venkatesh, farmer's wing leader Sivakkozhunthu, and multiple other Congress members.
