Coimbatore: In a move to combat the increasing incidents of online banking fraud, the Coimbatore Police has issued a significant advisory for the victims of any unauthorized transactions, either via OTP or other methods. According to the official Coimbatore Police Facebook page announcement made on May 28, public can now report their grievances related to bank frauds at the government's dedicated online portal, www.cybercrime.gov.in, or directly call the helpline number 1930.

This proactive step taken by the Coimbatore Police aims to provide a secure online banking environment and instant assistance for those affected. By making use of these platforms, victims can ensure swift action and potential recovery of their lost funds. The Police have encouraged users to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity in their bank accounts immediately.
