126th Flower Exhibition in Ooty Extended Until May 26

Due to increased tourist influx, the 126th Flower Exhibition at Ooty's Botanical Gardens extends until May 26. The event originally began on May 10.


The Nilgiris: The 126th edition of the Ooty Flower Exhibition, which kicked off on May 10 at the Botanical Gardens, has been a visual spectacle with over 200,000 flowers crafted into various displays including mountain railways and Disney World themes.



The elaborate floral arrangements have successfully attracted thousands of visitors.



Initially set to conclude today, the Department of Horticulture has announced a six-day extension to the exhibition due to the overwhelming number of tourists.



This extension means that visitors will now have until May 26 to experience the vibrant displays that have captivated many. The announcement has been met with great enthusiasm from tourists, expecting even more visitors in the coming days.
