Coimbatore: Despite the heavy downpour resulting in significant flooding, which transformed roads into virtual ponds in the Pullukadu area of Ukkadam, falling under the 86th Ward, Councillor E. Ahamed Kabir took proactive measures to resolve the issue. On May 18, diving right into the waterlogged streets, Ahamed Kabir dedicatedly worked to fix the overwhelmed drainage systems.

The actions of the Manithaneya Makkal Katchi councillor and the attending party officials were warmly welcomed by local residents, who lauded Kabir for his prompt response to the community's urgent needs.
