Tamil Nadu Cricketer Natarajan's Exclusion From T20 World Cup Squad Disappoints Fans

Tamil Nadu cricketer Natarajan's absence from the T20 World Cup squad has been met with disappointment. Meanwhile, Coimbatore Premier League cricket series has commenced at the Chinnavedampatti cricket arena, featuring 12 teams.


Coimbatore: The disappointment among cricket fans is palpable as Tamil Nadu bowler Natarajan was not selected for the upcoming T20 World Cup, as expressed by Indian women's cricket team player Niranjana Nagarajan. Nagarajan mentioned that while Natarajan's omission is disheartening, she is confident that he will soon make a significant comeback.





Events were further highlighted by Niranjana Nagarajan who kickstarted the games, marking a noteworthy start to the CPL. Nagarajan also commented on the evolving prominence of women in cricket, affirming the increasing parallel importance given to women's cricket in India alongside men's cricket. She expressed hope that more female players from Tamil Nadu will soon be represented in the national team, attributing this progress to the supportive environment fostered by both the Indian Cricket Board and the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association.
