Pollachi Election Officials Review Security Measures at Voting Center

In Pollachi, election officials inspected the security arrangements and the operation of surveillance cameras at the Mahalingam Engineering College's voting center.


Coimbatore: Today, Pollachi's law enforcement and election officials, including Superintendent Badri Narayanan, Election Officer Sharmila, and Assistant Election Officer Katherin Saranya, conducted a comprehensive review of security protocols and surveillance camera operations at the voting center located at Mahalingam Engineering College on Udumalai Road.



The center, which houses the EVMs recorded for the Pollachi Lok Sabha constituency, has been under tight security. The officials interacted with the police personnel deployed at the site to ensure the robustness of the security measures, and thoroughly inspected the functionality of all surveillance cameras to maintain integrity during the electoral process.
