Rain Likely in Coimbatore on April 19, Forecasts Chennai Meteorological Center

The Chennai Meteorological Center has predicted chances of rain in Coimbatore on April 19 amid ongoing summer heat in Tamil Nadu. Rainfall is also expected in Madurai from April 18 to 20.


Coimbatore: As Tamil Nadu continues to reel under the scorching summer heat, there is some respite on the horizon for certain districts in the state. The Chennai Meteorological Center, in its latest report, indicated the possibility of rain in parts of southern Tamil Nadu over the last two days.

Further, Coimbatore is particularly expected to receive showers on April 19, providing a much-needed break from the heat. Additionally, rainfall is also likely in Madurai from April 18 to 20, and in Puducherry on April 19 and 20. This forecast could bring temporary relief to the citizens and farmers who have been affected by the intense summer temperatures.
