Dharapuram: As part of the DMK's intense campaign efforts for the upcoming Erode parliamentary elections, local DMK officials led by urban secretary Muruganandham met with the Jamaat Ulama Council's administration. The meeting occurred at the council's office in Muhamadiya Nagar under the leadership of council chairman Mujibur Rahman Dawoodi. Other DMK officials present included Kovai district deputy secretary Coimbatore Abbas, city chairman Muruganandham, urban chairman Pappukannan, alliance party leaders including Congress city chief Senthilkumar, who collectively sought support for DMK’s candidate K.E.
