DMK candidate K. Easwaramoorthy engaged in an intense election campaign in Valparai, Coimbatore district, taking selfies with locals, promising parliamentary office, wage hikes for tea estate workers, and more development projects.

Coimbatore: In an effort to strengthen the electoral base in Valparai, DMK candidate K. Easwaramoorthy has been actively campaigning across the town and estate regions.

The campaign gained significant momentum on Sunday, typically a holiday, turning the day into a festive occasion of political engagement. As Valparai serves as a key location for tea estate workers, all political parties, including DMK, seized the opportunity to interact with the masses.

K. Easwaramoorthy started his day visiting areas such as Waterfall, Coverkalam, Karumalai, Valparai, Vellamalai, Mudies, Solaiyar, Kanni Medu Solaiyar, Solaiyar Dam, and Sekkalmudi, urging the locals to support DMK by voting for the Rising Sun symbol. He promised that upon election as a Member of Parliament, he would ensure the construction of a parliamentary office in Valparai, along with a focus on wage increases for tea estate workers, the establishment of a botanical garden, a boat house, and efforts to enhance quality standards in various sectors.

Furthermore, Easwaramoorthy assured initiatives for alternative employment and vocational training colleges in the area, all while engaging with the public and taking selfies to gather support.
