Coimbatore District Collector Discusses Preparations for Koniamman Temple Festival

Coimbatore District Collector convened a meeting on January 27 to discuss the arrangements for the renowned Koniamman Temple Car Festival, scheduled for February 28, 2024.


Coimbatore: In preparation for the upcoming grand Car Festival at the famous Arulmigu Koniamman Temple in Coimbatore, scheduled for February 28, 2024, the District Collector of Coimbatore held a meeting on January 27.

The focus of the meeting was to plan and discuss the necessary arrangements for the festival days. These preparations will be carried out in coordination with the local police department, ensuring all required measures are in place for the smooth conduct of the event. The festival is a significant occasion in the city, drawing large crowds and requiring meticulous planning for crowd management, security, and other logistical aspects.
