Councilor Inspects Cleanliness Work in North Coimbatore

Councilor Ambika Danabal conducts an inspection of the drainage cleaning work in Ward No. 27, North Coimbatore, ensuring comprehensive sanitation.


Coimbatore: In Ward No. 27 of North Coimbatore, a significant sanitation initiative is underway. The streets of Peelamedu, Rangammal Koil Street, Namburar Street, and Mallinar Street are witnessing thorough cleaning of the drainage channels. Councilor Ambika Danabal personally visited the site today to oversee the cleaning operations. She instructed the sanitation workers to ensure that the drainage soil is completely cleaned.







Ward Inspector Vijayakumar and Ward Supervisor Maheswari were also present at the site, monitoring the progress of the work. The initiative is part of a broader effort to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the densely populated areas of the city.

This proactive approach by the local government highlights the importance of regular maintenance in urban areas, especially in managing waste and drainage systems effectively. The residents of the area have expressed their appreciation for the prompt action taken to address sanitation issues.
